We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team and serve as the face of our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and memorable first impression.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional presentation at all times.
• Assist in VIP guest handling, special events, and promotional activities as required.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or fine dining establishments is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with confidence, tact, and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu.
• Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
