Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of a second foreign language (preferably German)
• Able to use MS Office applications,
• Preferably experienced in aviation, Flexibility, and medical compliance with shift work,
• Having teamwork skills,
• Good reporting skills,
• Strong communication skills,
• Good knowledge of computer skills,
• At least 3 years of aviation experience,
• Having good organizing, coordinating, and follow-up skills,
• Analytic thinking capability, even during critical situations,
• Ability to make sound decisions under time time-pressure environment,
• Result-oriented, a good team player, well-disciplined, and well-organized,
• Fast problem-solving skills,
• Flexible working hours (Shift Rotation),

Tasks:

• To ensure passenger handling and aircraft handling processes is in compliance during operations according to Ground Operations Manual,
• To follow all flight movement messages in accordance with Ground Operations Manual,
• Instructing Handling companies to provide welfare services (refreshment, hotel accommodation, etc.) in accordance with applicable regulations,
• Communicate with ground handling service providers, tour operators, and internal units,
• Ensure all ground and cargo operations are in compliance with company procedures, national and international regulations,
• To cooperate with all related departments,
