ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


You must handle our overseas operation performance for MEA Region in accordance with the roadmap provided by your management. You must work on all bottlenecks early in the project (proactivity), bring your experience in overseas operations and propose solutions.


3 pillars for success: operation excellence, quality and optimization.


Operations excellence:

  • 0peration efficiency (lead time, process, quality),
  • Support operation Teams in the plants,
  • Work on continuous improvement with the implementation of best practices and operational excellence,
  • Handle overseas shipments crisis with other Teams (Red Sea, capacity shortage, etc.),
  • Use tools at your disposal (iTMS, SHIPPEO, etc.),
  • Attend internal and external meetings,
  • Participate in networking with all IRF teams in the Middle East and Africa with continuous and strong collaboration.


Quality:

  • Follow process of operations with local teams (compliance and best practices),
  • Work on Statement Of Requirements (SOR),
  • Monitor KPIs with all stakeholders,
  • Respect STELLANTIS compliance rules during your missions,
  • Attend calls and business reviews with Service Provider (SP) and Logistics Provider (LP) for challenging them on their performances,
  • Propose action plan and ensure rigorous monitoring.


Optimization:

  • Follow the cost reductions program,
  • Participate in innovative solutions to improve the supply chain performance or in case of crisis (alternative solutions proposal),


Other:

  • Ask new routes / rates to our Global Purchasing,
  • Collaborate on new projects (transport, warehousing, packaging) with the Global / Regional Teams


COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Master Degree
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in Transport & Logistics
  • Language: English mandatory, French is a big plus
  • Preferred Skills & Abilities: Autonomy, collaborative, proactive, agile and flexible. Comfortable with Microsoft tools mainly Excel and Power BI (extra skill).
  • Personal Traits: Enthusiasm and positive. Super motivated and ready for changes.
  • Mobility: National and international
