What awaits you in this role


We are looking for a colleague for our Corporate Supply Chain Team !


Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance of group companies’ procurement operations with corporate supply chain procedures, while maintaining effective coordination
  • Drive the effective implementation of standards, policies, and procedures across the organization,
  • Lead and support initiatives to enhance the efficiency of corporate supply chain operations and establish best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Provide guidance and act as a consultant in procurement and corporate supply chain operations across the group,
  • Identify and promote best practices across the organization to enhance overall corporate supply chain performance.


Performance Management:

  • Analyze procurement operations performance and requirements to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency,
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve corporate supply chain performance.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and instantaneous reports, presentations and communcation materials on corporate supply chain activities and initiatives.


Digital Transformation:

  • Support the implementation of digital solutions to automate processes and improve data-driven decision-making.


Collaboration with Business Units:

  • Foster and maintain effective collaboration between business units to ensure alignment with corporate supply chain goals and objectives.



What we expect


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial and/or finance roles (Supply chain, procurement, sales, finance etc) preferably within the energy market.
  • Experience in supplier and demand management, supply chain operations management and reporting, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, performance metrics, operational excellence, continuous improvement techniques and digital initiatives.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Programs, SAP and Digital Procurement Tools (SAP Ariba, etc)
  • Awareness of emerging digital trends (AI, Power BI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics) and their applications in supply chain is an asset,
  • Experience in Project Management and digital workflows (e.g., Process Mining, RPA, EBA, SAP Workflow).
