WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Develop and implement sales strategies in road and rail transportation across the Middle East and Levant region.
• Provide cross-border logistics solutions tailored to customer needs; prepare and present customized proposals.
• Effectively manage operations by thoroughly analyzing regional dynamics (e.g., customs procedures, border crossings, logistics risks).
• Analyze competitors to identify market gaps and generate business development opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports and strategic plans to meet sales targets.
• Conduct fieldwork and customer visits to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Plan and execute all necessary sales activities and reporting processes to achieve performance objectives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A graduate of relevant university departments (preferably in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, etc.)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in road and rail freight sales, with strong knowledge of cross-border trade processes
• Currently residing in Gaziantep, Hatay, Mersin, or Kilis
• Possesses a customer portfolio in the logistics sector or has a proven track record in acquiring new clients
• Sales-oriented and highly persuasive, with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally without restrictions
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on results
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Holds a valid driver's license and has no travel restrictions
