WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Conducting field research after tender announcements coming from the business development unit; Establishing the cost basis with the available resources,
• Developing efficiency projects by working closely with operations in the field to capture synergy opportunities in existing business processes,
• Developing new shipping resources, making shipper visits, working in coordination with garages and operations to create opportunities to improve resource diversity,
• Procuring the contracted carrier resource needed by the projects; ensuring a start that is compatible with the project, in line with the operation and customer expectations,
• Working in coordination with operations to meet the additional resource and change needs of existing projects,
• Carrying out transporter contract processes in coordination with our legal department,
• Financial Affairs department & NSA department coordination, coordinating the supplier and CEVA financial affairs relationship in billing and payment processes,
• Ensuring quality management system requirements,
• Monitoring and reporting department KPIs and developing processes according to their outputs,
• Managing transporter contracts in TMS, realizing system development needs analysis and project coordinations with IT,
• Developing transportation cost saving projects, monitoring and reporting the results with stakeholders.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
• Min. 2 years of preferred experience in the logistics industry,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Having no travel restrictions,
• Candidates who are prone to teamwork and strong communication are sought,
• No military obligation for male candidates (completed or exempt).
