Grounds Crew Member

Job Summary

As a Grounds Crew Member, you will contribute to the upkeep of the golf course landscape, ensuring a top-notch experience for our guests. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in well-maintained grounds.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and maintain fairways, greens, tees, and rough areas using specialized golf course equipment.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and watering flowers, trees, and shrubs.
• Assist with bunker maintenance, including raking and edging.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, mowers, and other machinery safely.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repair if needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with course standards.
• Perform general grounds keeping duties, including trash removal and debris cleanup.

Skills

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the golf course.

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
