Join our dynamic Grounds Crew as a vital team member dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the beauty, safety, and functionality of our country club. In this energetic role, you'll be actively involved in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general groundskeeping tasks that keep our properties vibrant and inviting. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will ensure that every area is well-kept, safe, and visually appealing, contributing to a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and landscaping to maintain pristine outdoor spaces.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, shovels, and lawnmowers to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Operate equipment including tractors and other specialty equipment during the golf season to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities like planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and installing or repairing hardscape features.
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Support construction projects related to landscape improvements or hardscape installations while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using various hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques.
• Ability to operate machinery such as lawn mowers and tractors safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with tree care practices including trimming and pruning.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks and safety protocols.
