• • Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional OT required)

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities:
As a Landscaper, you’ll lead by example as a Lawn Care Specialist to keep our Salisbury sites looking pristine.

• Hands-On Landscaping: Perform expert mowing, mulching, edging, and planting of sod to maintain "magazine-ready" properties.
• Drive for Success: Safely operate company vehicles and professional-grade equipment between various job sites.
• Quality Control: Ensure all tools are maintained and sites are left clean and professional at the end of every shift.

What You Bring To The Team:

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Leadership: A strong work ethic and the ability to motivate others while managing time wisely on the job.
• Driving Credentials: A valid NC Driver's License and a clean driving record (this is a must for this role).
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
