Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Grounds Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful, safe, and functional outdoor spaces. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for the upkeep of landscapes, lawns, trees, and hardscape features, ensuring that all outdoor areas are pristine and inviting. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and equipment operation will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, well-manicured spaces that enhance the overall aesthetic and safety of our properties.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to maintain lush, healthy turf.
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing new plantings to promote healthy growth.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like edging, trimming, digging, and planting.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Assist with tree care activities such as trimming or removal to promote safety and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or related outdoor work.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively; experience.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is required.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
