Grounds Maintenance Crew Member (Landscaping)

Overview:
Riverview is seeking a reliable and diligent Crew Member to join our growing business in landscaping. As a Crew Member, you will work on a variety of projects including lawn maintenance, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and seasonal cleanups. You will support crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily assignments safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment including trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, and chainsaws.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and job sites.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and follow daily instructions.

Qualifications:

• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
