About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive property. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is skilled with maintenance tools and landscaping equipment, and takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, grinders, saws, drills, etc.
• Pressure wash building exteriors, walkways, and other common areas.
• Assist with light maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and structural work.
• Perform painting projects, including preparation, taping, and touch-ups.
• Maintain landscaping through trimming, planting, weeding, and monitoring irrigation systems.
• Keep outdoor areas clean, organized, and free of debris or safety hazards.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and report updates to management.
• Support overall property upkeep, safety, and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping tools, power equipment, and general property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and janitorial work.
• Gardening or irrigation system experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time position with standard 8-hour shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
