Grounds Maintenance Worker

We are a Property Management Company located in Southborough, MA seeking a full-time Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our Property Management Team. This position’s primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our retail and commercial properties throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This is an immediate opening. A company vehicle will be provided during working hours.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible if needed.)

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable driving between multiple properties throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior cleaning of retail properties, including pressure washing walkways
• Remove debris (cigarettes, litter, etc.) from walkways, landscaped areas, and parking lots
• Empty and maintain outdoor waste receptacles
• Monitor compactors and dumpsters; coordinate with vendors to ensure timely servicing
• Inspect buildings and parking areas; report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Technicians or Property Manager
• Perform light maintenance and assist with troubleshooting tenant-reported issues
• Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, pressure washers, and chainsaws

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Experience operating pressure washers and light landscaping equipment
