Grounds & Property Care Associate

Our team is made up of talented and passionate professionals, all dedicated to providing 5-star client service to both our property owners and guests.

We are seeking self-motivated, dedicated, and hardworking professionals to join our Maintenance team. As a Bluefish Grounds Caretaker, you will create safe and welcoming environments for our guests and homeowners by maintaining properties according to the high standards for which our company is known.

Compensation:

• Begins at $20/hour; higher pay depends on experience
• Paid weekly

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling with no evening or night shifts
• Weekend availability a must with additional hours available based on performance
• Weekend day shifts run from 9:30 AM-5:00 PM, EST
• Seasonal, with an opportunity to be year round based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and welcoming environment by maintaining properties based on Bluefish’s high standards and company expectations
• Conduct weekly inventory walkthroughs of all exterior spaces including grill areas, patios/decks and property grounds
• Keep outdoor entertaining areas clean, organized and stocked
• Communicate with department managers to note missing items or property damage
• Replenish weekly consumables
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Attend training in safety policies and procedures

Requirements Include:

• Previous maintenance or hospitality experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with ability to download & use the Bluefish Vacation Rentals scheduling app
• Internet access
• Personal email address
• Professional, self-motivated, and detail orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and time management
• Weekend availability required
