Keep Our Grounds Blooming! Groundskeeper Needed at Asbury Heights!

Do you have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy keeping things beautiful?

Asbury Heights, a vibrant senior living community, is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the overall appearance of our grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, edging walkways, and weeding flower beds.
• Plant and care for seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Keep sidewalks and walkways clear of debris, leaves, and snow.
• Assist with minor landscaping projects as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and properly.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possesses good physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license may be required (depending on company policy).
