Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and care for winery grounds, including lawns, gardens, vineyards (non-production areas), and landscaping features

Mow, trim, edge, and fertilize lawns; prune trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants

Irrigate and monitor watering systems to ensure proper hydration of plants and landscape areas

Keep walkways, patios, and outdoor guest areas clean, safe, and free of debris

Assist with seasonal planting, mulching, and landscape design improvements

Maintain outdoor furniture, signage, fences, and fixtures
-
Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small tractors

Monitor for pests, plant disease, or irrigation issues and report concerns

Support event setup and breakdown for outdoor winery events (weddings, tastings, festivals)

Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or agriculture preferred

Basic knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and outdoor maintenance

Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining aesthetic environments

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical stamina to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods

Team-oriented with good communication skills
