Groundskeeper

PTLA Property Management in Eugene is looking for a full-time groundskeeper to drive excellence in the presentation and curb appeal of the community and preservation of the asset. Submit your resume today!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community
• Performs regular and directed grounds and landscape maintenance by mowing lawns with riding or push mowers; trimming and edging around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks and buildings
• Weeding, thinning and cleaning flower beds and other grounds by hand or utilizing proper tools and equipment
• Removes unsightly trash and debris from public areas by regularly inspecting grounds
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in maintenance/property management preferred
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
