Groundskeeper Job Description: Overview
As a groundskeeper at Hop Springs you will be responsible for maintaining an
aesthetically-pleasing and functional outdoor space which our customers can fully
enjoy. Their duties include planting flowers and shrubbery, mowing lawns and
communicating with Director or Maintenance to determine their vision for the
space.

Groundskeeper Duties and Responsibilities
Preferred candidate should be familiar with operating standard farm and lawn
equipment and/or have the ability to learn to operate and perform basic
farm/lawn equipment maintenance and repairs, such as lubrication, tire
repair/replacement, belt/blade/chain replacement, etc. Candidate should also be a
self-starter and be able to complete daily task with little to no oversight while
identifying and prioritizing work as needed. Other duties are:
 Mowing lawns
 Trimming Trees
 Weed Whacking
 Pressure Washing
 Water Plants
 Preparing outdoor areas for live music and various other events
 Maintaining lawns, including plant, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning,
mulching
 Picking up trash
 Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
 Ordering parts and supplies specific to daily duties and responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
