Job Description
We are a growing, fast-paced property management office located in Kansas seeking a grounds keeper in Emporia, KS. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated and highly organized. Candidates must have experience working with commercial lawn equipment and be self-motivated. This position requires a high school diploma or a GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to pass a background check.

Leaf removal
Mulching and cleaning flower beds
Planting and maintain flowers
Mowing and trimming services
Tree and Shrub installation or removal
Various others as deemed necessary
