Job Description:

The Maintenance Groundskeeper’s job is to cultivate and care of the landscaping and grounds of the property. The Groundskeeper plants, mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains the outsides of buildings as needed.

Requirements

The Maintenance Groundskeeper must have the ability to install, service, replace, and repair the following items in a responsible and professional manner that meets company standards. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Irrigation Systems
• Outdoor lighting elements including timers and photocells
• Fencing
• Mulch and various ground coverings
• Tree and shrub trimming
• Dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record
• Ability to handle hand and power tools
• Accurate, attention to detail, service oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor
• Must be able to operate a golf cart
• Must be able to operate a riding lawn mower and other landscaping machinery
• Must be able to work on feet for extended periods
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
