Job Qualifications 
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or G.E.D.
</li><li>Valid NYS Driver&rsquo;s License
</li><li>Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
</li><li>Ability to operate simple tools used in ground maintenance work
</li><li>Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
</li><li>Ability to perform snow removal and other exterior work
