We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily. We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun.

Here's what you'll do:

• Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained
• Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, and painting
• Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 2pm (25-29 hours per week)
