Groundskeeper / Porter

Description:

Tarantino Properties is now hiring Groundskeepers / Porters in Houston for our Apartment Communities.

Responsibilities

Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
Maintain dumpster and trash areas
Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
