Groundskeeper (Porter)

Hourly non-exempt position

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 310-unit new high-rise in Deep Ellum - one of Dallas's most diverse and eclectic walkable historic neighborhoods! Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
