Your duties will vary and may include:</div><div>
Power washing buildings</div><div>
Maintain pool chemicals daily</div><div>
Brush removal</div><div>
Exterior lighting</div><div>
Clean up trash and debris around apartment communities</div><div>
Uniform shirts provided</div><div></div><div><br>
Schedule: <b>Monday through Friday. Part-time: 8am-1pm </b>or<b> Full-time: 8am-430pm</b></div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
Requirements:</i></b></div><div>
Must be 18 years or older, with High School Diploma or G.E.D.</div><div>
Must have valid driver&rsquo;s license and own transportation during work day</div><div>
Must be felony and drug free</div><div>
Must be able to lift up to 75# occasionally</div><div>
Prior experience preferred</div></div><div></div>
