Groundskeeper/Custodian

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of multiple local apartment communities. This role includes general cleaning, basic landscaping, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and exterior grounds

• Perform basic landscaping such as mowing, weeding, and blowing leaves

• Remove trash and debris from around the property and dumpster areas

• Assist with snow/ice removal in winter (if applicable)

• Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to property manager

• Support move-in/move-out cleaning and unit turnover tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in custodial or groundskeeping preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
