Salary Information
$18.15 per hour.

Job Summary
Perform all phases of custodial and groundskeeping work.
Two positions available:
  • Daytime Hours: Between 7:30am – 4:00pm (flexible).
  • Evening Hours: Between 2:00pm – 10:00pm (flexible).

Essential Functions
Mow and remove trash.
Keep sidewalks and entry ways clean.
Weed eating, gardening, and landscaping.
Perform various building cleaning tasks including but not limited to:
  • Clean and vacuum carpets and maintain hard surface flooring.
  • Clean whiteboards, ledges, erasers, glass, windows, and furniture.
  • Clean ceiling diffusers, trash cans, walls, and other tasks as required or needed.

Required Qualifications
Valid Iowa Driver’s License with good driving record.
Ability to periodically move equipment/furniture/supplies weighing up to 75 pounds.

Desired Qualifications
Experience with mowers and weed eaters.
Commercial cleaning experience.

Work Schedule
Two positions available:
  • Daytime Hours: Between 7:30am – 4:00pm (flexible).
  • Evening Hours: Between 2:00pm – 10:00pm (flexible).
12-20 hours per week.
