Groundskeeper/Maintenance

```Duties```
- 90% of responsbilities:

- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the grounds, amenity areas, etc.
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, shoveling, leaf blowing, raking, etc.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools and equipment for groundskeeping tasks
- Remove weeds, debris, and litter from the grounds
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the grounds in good condition
- Use hand tools for various landscaping and maintenance activities
- Assist with snow removal during winter months-Lock the maintenance, administration and clubhouse buildings as directed by maintenance supervisors.

-Follow established safety policies and procedures.

-Complete management work orders.

-Inform maintenance, and/or assistant maintenance manager when contractors are on property.

-Assist in maintaining and repairing all common area/amenities to include but not limited to, building exteriors, downspouts, sidewalks, parking lots, signs, fencing, lighting, common plumbing, pool repairs, electrical repairs, etc.

```Requirements```
-Physical strength and stamina; duties include stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, pushing, and repetitive motions.

-Able to lift 50 lbs. minimum.

- Familiarity with power tools used in groundskeeping tasks
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and appearance
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
