Groundskeeping/Maintenance

Denny Elwell Company is seeking full time help for our Facilities/Maintenance division. Duties include landscaping/grounds work and trash clean-up for commercial properties in the Des Moines Metro area.

Employees will operate a company vehicle so must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

Employees must be professional, personable, trustworthy, and courteous.

Additional responsibilities associated with our Facilities/Maintenance team are available including exposure to building mechanical systems such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing as well as general building maintenance duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
