Another innovation of ours is; COFFY, our one-price coffee point with an innovative approach compatible with the digital world! We continue this story, which we started in Istanbul Kadıköy in 2019, with 92 stores in Turkey today.

WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in related fields,
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar executive support role, preferably at C-level,
  • Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently,
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and has a strong sense of professional representation.


WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule with accuracy and efficiency,
  • Manage all planning, communication and organizational needs to ensure smooth daily operation,
  • Coordinate internal and external communication within the organization and with external partners,
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and conference calls,
  • Arrange all travel bookings in collaboration with agents.
