Position Summary:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in various fitness classes while ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all participants.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in various fitness classes while ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all participants.

General Responsibilities:

• Lead Group Fitness Classes:
• Conduct group fitness classes in a variety of formats ( yoga, Fly Yoga , stick Yoga, low fly ) based on the class schedule.
• Ensure Participant Safety:

Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises. Monitor participants to ensure proper technique and form to prevent injury. Offer modifications for different fitness levels.

• Maintain a Positive Environment:

Create an inclusive, energetic, and motivating environment where all participants feel comfortable and encouraged. Foster a sense of community within classes.Interact with participants before, during, and after classes to answer questions, provide encouragement, and build relationships.Track and record participant attendance and performance. Provide feedback and support to help participants meet their fitness goals.Arrive on time, set up equipment, and ensure the space is prepared for each class. Plan and organize class structure and content ahead of time.Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, exercises, and techniques to ensure classes remain innovative and engaging.Ensure proper documentation, including class rosters and attendance sheets, is completed in a timely manner. Report any maintenance or equipment needs.Work closely with other instructors and staff to coordinate class schedules, promote programs, and maintain a collaborative work environment.Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized fitness certifications in Yoga
• Previous experience in customer service or community engagement roles.
