A prestigious Group in Real Estate, Construction, Fabrication and Limousine business is hiring for Group Compliance & Operations Manager .
The Group Compliance & Operations Manager is to ensure everyone adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. They perform regular audits of business procedures and processes to ensure this compliance. In Operations the manager will take the wheel to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure everything runs like clockwork. Their key duties and responsibilities can also include:
- Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Create, modify, update and implement the company’s policies.
- Develop risk management strategies.
- Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies.
- Design ongoing training programs for employees of the business.
- Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies.
- Advise the top management on business operations relating to investment, risks and any other policy development.
- Drive operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows and procedures.
- Oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation to meet company objectives.
- Manage cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Preparing updated reports to the senior management and submission.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex processes.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing teams and liaising with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in operations software and tools, including ERP systems and project management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.
