Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational vision and international expansion goals.
- Lead organization-wide HR transformation initiatives, including restructuring, culture building, and global HR alignment.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Build strong recruitment strategies for academic, administrative, and leadership roles.
- Oversee manpower planning and support international hiring expansion.
3. Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Lead implementation of KPIs, performance appraisal systems, and employee development plans.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development programs.
4. HR Operations, Policies & Compliance
- Strengthen HR policies based on local and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional accreditation requirements.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Create a strong organizational culture focusing on employee well-being, professional growth, and retention.
- Manage conflict resolution, counselling, and grievance handling.
6. Stakeholder & Executive Management
- Work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Principals, and international partners.
- Represent HR in strategic meetings and decision-making forums.
