The Role

As Director of Marketing, you will lead the strategic execution of marketing and communications across the groups portfolio of leisure destinations and entertainment venues.

Your mission will be to deliver strong brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth through integrated campaigns (B2C and B2B), digital platforms, and media activations. This role reports directly to the SVP of Marketing and manages a team of asset-level marketing managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals

  • Oversee all brand touchpoints and ensure consistency across physical and digital channels

  • Manage and optimize 360 campaigns: digital, media buying, influencer marketing, traditional media

  • Supervise content creation, asset production, and campaign performance tracking

  • Drive digital marketing excellence (SEO/SEM, analytics, social, CRM)

  • Work closely with commercial, operations, and guest experience teams to maximize impact

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability

Ideal Candidate
  • 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing, including brand, digital, media, and events

  • Strong background in leisure, hospitality, theme parks, retail, or lifestyle entertainment

  • Proven leadership at corporate or group level, managing teams and agencies

  • Business-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills

  • Experience in the GCC or international exposure in similar fast-paced environments is a plus

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not required
