IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This leadership role is responsible for the development, selection, procurement, setup/deployment, and regular operations of IT Infra structure platforms. This position plays a pivotal role in the IT Infrastructure solutions regular housekeeping, monitoring, and healthy operations as per defined KPI’s and business requirements. This position is also responsible for the relevant projects for the lifecycle management of IT Infrastructure solutions. Team management, vendors and peers’ management, financial planning, and execution for the domain along-with annual budget working for IT Infrastructure remains part of key services.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• To ensure the development, deployment, lifecycle management and smooth running of the daily operations of IT Infrastructure solutions & Services including, Microsoft Solutions and Windows System Administration. Enterprise Servers and Unix System Administration, Database Solutions, Application Servers. Storage, Backup & Archiving Solutions, End User Support Services, IT NOC Operations and Service Desk Platform.
• To ensure the compliance with all relevant organizational policies for Infrastructure solutions to ensure the compliance with relevant change, configuration, and SLA management.
• To perform the relevant regular budgeting exercise and to ensure the controlled spending around the year to ensure the lifecycle, capacity, and end-of-life replenishments of relevant IT assets & solutions.
• To ensure the infrastructure team management, grooming & trainings to ensure a healthy and professional relationship with partner companies, service providers and IT principals.
• To ensure the healthy relationship and coordination with peers and other organizational stakeholders to ensure the agreed SLA compliance with internal and external customers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or engineering, Relevant IT Certifications (Networks, Systems, DB, Virtualization etc).

Technical Competency:

• Private & Public Cloud Solution
• SAN Storages, Fabrics and Backup Solution
• Microsoft Solutions
• Data Base Administration - Including Oracle as well as non-Oracle platforms.
• Linux & Unix Platforms and System Administration
• End User Compute and Office Automation Platforms
