Group Facilitator

Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Ephrata, PA, Keystone Retreat is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care.

We’re seeking a Group Facilitator who is passionate about leading engaging, structured group programming. This role is focused on delivering therapeutic and psychoeducational groups that support client progress and treatment goals.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate structured group therapy and psychoeducational sessions
• Engage clients in meaningful discussion and skill-building activities
• Support treatment goals in collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Assist with case coordination and client support as needed

What You'll Bring

• Active CAADC required
• Candidates with an LSW or LAPC are preferred
• Strong group facilitation and communication skills
• Experience working with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders
• Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain engagement
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
