Group Finance Head / Finance Manager

Purpose of the Role

Provide strategic financial, technological, and digital leadership across the Group’s multi-sector, multi-country operations — including technical services, construction, furniture manufacturing, and trading divisions. The role ensures full financial integrity, effective ERP and AI integration, and robust performance monitoring to drive sustainable growth, global compliance, and group-wide transparency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and implement Group-wide financial strategies supporting regional and international expansion, profitability, and investment objectives.
• Advise the CEO, Group Board, and Country Managers on financial performance, risks, and capital allocation across all jurisdictions.
• Lead multi-entity consolidation and long-term financial planning across operations in UAE, Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, Jordan, the Philippines, India, USA, Canada, and BVI.
• Align financial governance with the Group’s diversified revenue streams, primarily generated from the GCC.

2. ERP, Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence

• Lead the implementation, integration, and governance of the ERP system (Finance, Projects, Procurement, HR, and Inventory modules).
• Integrate AI-driven automation for financial forecasting, cash-flow management, and cost-control dashboards.
• Build predictive analytics models using AI and BI tools (Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or equivalent) to enhance decision-making.
• Define ERP workflows, approval hierarchies, and chart of accounts to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Develop centralized Group MIS dashboards powered by AI to provide real-time insights on profitability by company, division, and project.
• Lead digital training initiatives to ensure 100% ERP and AI adoption across all entities.

3. Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee group-level accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Consolidate reports across multiple countries and ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, and international tax regulations.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and auditors.
• Implement cost-centre and project-level profitability tracking within ERP and AI-enhanced systems.

4. Treasury, Funding & Banking

• Manage multi-bank relationships, including EDB, ADCB, and other regional and international financial institutions.
• Oversee cash flow planning, fund allocation, and debt servicing across multiple currencies and countries.
• Deploy AI-enabled treasury and cash forecasting tools for real-time liquidity tracking.
• Support capital projects, land acquisitions, and factory development through advanced financial modelling.

5. Audit, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to tax laws, statutory audits, and internal control systems in all jurisdictions.
• Maintain solid working knowledge of tax regulations in the USA, Canada, and the British Virgin Islands (BVI) — a strong advantage.
• Lead ERP and AI-driven internal audit functions for continuous, data-backed compliance monitoring.
• Develop a comprehensive Group Finance Policy Manual governing approvals, asset management, and procurement.
• Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and legal advisors to ensure full regulatory compliance across all countries.

6. Team Leadership & Capacity Building

• Lead and mentor finance teams across all Group companies.
• Build technical and analytical capabilities in ERP finance modules, cost control, AI applications, and compliance.
• Foster a performance-driven, technology-enabled culture with measurable KPIs and accountability standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or CMA required.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, including 10+ years in GCC and exposure to global operations.
• Proven success in managing multi-company, multi-country, multi-sector ERP environments.
• Strong experience in construction, manufacturing, and trading sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital transformation for process efficiency and predictive analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and AI-based financial tools.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
