ACCOUNTING BOOKKEEPERS are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Finance Manager to lead and manage the finance function across our group of companies, both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in multi-country financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and review *bookkeeping* for all group companies (local and international)

- Ensure compliance with *direct and indirect taxation* requirements in Pakistan

- Preferably manage and review taxation matters for *UK and US* jurisdictions

- Prepare and review *management reports*, financial analysis, and dashboards

- Handle *group consolidation*, including inter-company transactions and reconciliations

- Ensure timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

Candidate Profile / Expectations:

- *ICMA qualified* or *Part Qualified CA*

- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a multi-country group structure

- Strong exposure to inter-company accounting, consolidation, reporting, and compliance.

- Sound knowledge of financial controls, reporting standards, and taxation

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
