Group Finance Manager

We are a group of companies with 5 different businesses.
We are looking for a reliable Finance manager to join our organization who oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the company, and is responsible for budget planning as well as supporting executive management team in offering insights and financial advices that will allow them to make the best business decisions. Also you will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities.

• Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy
• Oversee accounting daily operations
• Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
• Monitor and analyze accounting data
• Set up and monitor accounting SOP and KPIs
• Regularly produce financial reports or statements
• Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Encourage the accountants to adhere to standards
• Recruit, hire and train new employees when required
• Perform and oversee annual audits
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Prepare and present KPIs to owners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
