About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager with strong hospitality industry expertise for our client. The group finance manager will oversee financial operations across our client's group companies in the UAE. This role is ideal for a finance professional who has worked in branded hotels, understands local tax regulations, and can lead financial strategy, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial operations across multiple businesses including hotel
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and corporate policies
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk
- Monitor financial performance of each business and prepare consolidated reports
- Oversee taxation processes, including UAE corporate tax and VAT filing
- Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership
- Implement financial controls and improve existing systems and processes
- Lead and mentor finance teams across the group
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Finance Manager in a branded hotel in the UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA/ACCA preferred)
- Strong understanding of UAE taxation, VAT, and corporate tax filing processes
- Solid knowledge of hotel finance operations (P&L, GOP, forecasting, budgeting)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multi-property or group-level finance operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Based in the UAE
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
