Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Group Analyst to join our team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills and extensive experience working with Excel and financial reporting within the FMCG industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial models, pivot tables, and data analysis, SAP and other ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to work with large datasets and prepare management reports
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends or variances
• Develop and maintain financial models using advanced Excel functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus
