We are fast-growing developer in the UAE. We are looking for a Group General Manager to oversee all department, creates the internal department system, budgets and operations of the local business unit. A key player that ensures everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Departmental Coordination: Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate, develop, and implement short- and long-range goals and objectives for the company to expand market share in real estate development.
- Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage company-wide budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and government authorities to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in the real estate development industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior executive role (General Manager, COO, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or Real Estate.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable, with exceptional decision-making abilities.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) for negotiating and stakeholder management.
