Key Responsibilities:
-Own client relationships end-to-end; act as the strategic point of contact for clients.
-Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies.
-Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, analytics) to ensure campaign excellence and timely delivery.
-Drive business growth for clients through performance marketing, brand strategy, and innovation.
-Conduct regular performance reviews, reporting, and business reviews with clients.
-Oversee campaign reporting, insights generation, and performance optimization.
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
-Stay updated with industry trends and proactively advise clients.
-Mentor and guide a team of account managers and planners.
Must-Have Skills (a):
-5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and client servicing roles.
-Proven experience managing mid-to-large-scale digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Media Buying, and Programmatic platforms.
-Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPV) and brand strategy (reach, awareness, engagement).
-Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
-Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and drive decisions.
-Experience managing and mentoring teams.
-Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, Similarweb, MS Office.
Bonus/Plus Skills (b):
-Exposure to industries like Auto, Fashion, D2C, BFSI, or FMCG.
-Familiarity with media planning, funnel strategy, and integrated campaign development.
-Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
-Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRO, or website UX best practices.
-Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools, creative automation, or A/B testing platforms like Optimizely, VWO.
-Comfort working with data visualization, media plans, and building compelling strategy decks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
