The Role
The Group Head of Social & Content will define, drive, and lead our social and content strategy across the Sumwon Studios brand portfolio.
You will be responsible for:

Setting the group-wide social & content vision, ensuring each brand has a clear, disruptive, and engaging social strategy.

Leading and inspiring a multi-brand social & content team, nurturing a culture of creativity, agility, and innovation.

Developing platform-first, breakthrough content strategies that drive engagement, cultural relevance, and commercial impact.

Pioneering new content formats, storytelling methods, and creative executions to ensure our brands lead the conversation.

Partnering with heads of brands, paid media, influencer and PR teams to build integrated campaigns that amplify impact across every touchpoint.

Driving data-informed decisions by monitoring performance, trends, and emerging platforms, constantly iterating and innovating.

Positioning Sumwon Studios as a leader in the social & content space, staying ahead of algorithms, cultural shifts, and platform innovations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the group-wide content engine, ensuring consistency in quality, tone, and storytelling across all brands.

Build a social-first content framework that balances brand building with performance-driven content for Paid Media.

Identify and implement new platforms, formats, and creative opportunities to keep brands ahead of cultural trends.

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of brand managers, creators, and

Collaborate closely with creative, influencer, and paid teams to deliver campaigns that break through the noise.

Drive measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting, ensuring accountability across the team and continuous optimisation.

Represent social & content at a group leadership level, driving thought leadership internally and externally.
What We’re Looking For

A proven leader with 8+ years experience in social & content, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

Deep platform knowledge across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Experience building and scaling high-performing teams.

A track record of delivering culturally relevant, high-impact campaigns.

Data-driven yet innovative and creative - you can interpret metrics while taking bold risks.
