Group HR Head

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Group HR Head to lead and manage the Human Resources function across multiple companies and business divisions within our Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Group-wide HR strategies, building high-performance teams, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring HR excellence across all businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR operations across all Group companies.
- Develop and implement Group-wide HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Establish and monitor performance management systems and KPIs across all business units.
- Design compensation, benefits, grading, and reward structures.
- Lead organizational development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across all companies.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Develop leadership pipelines and training programs for future growth.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor HR analytics, manpower budgets, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including senior leadership positions.
- Proven experience managing HR functions for multiple companies, business units, or a Group structure.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, compensation & benefits, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in manufacturing and diversified business groups will be highly preferred.
