JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an accomplished Group Human Resources Manager with 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across multinational or multi-location organizations. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in global HR practices, strategic workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.

This role requires a results-driven HR leader with strong international exposure, particularly in Pakistan and the UAE and the ability to design, implement, and optimize HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and support long-term business objectives. A solid background in cross-border HR management, employee performance systems, culture building, and change management is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Management - Karachi:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the HR team based in Pakistan to ensure effective execution of day-to-day HR operations.
  • Oversee HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, training and development, and HR administration.
  • Build a strong and collaborative HR team culture aligned with organizational values.

HR Management - UAE:

  • Remotely manage and support all HR functions for UAE offices including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Act as the central HR liaison between Pakistan and UAE leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure UAE HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts comply with local Labor Laws and regulatory standards.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across Pakistan and the UAE.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle ensuring streamlined processes, strong employer branding, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower needs and develop short-term and long-term workforce planning.

Employee Performance Management

  • Design, implement, and monitor an effective Performance Management System (PMS) across all entities.
  • Lead mid-year and annual performance review cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency, and strong linkage with rewards and career development.
  • Train managers on goal-setting, KPI creation, performance evaluation, and feedback delivery.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement targeted interventions, including training, coaching, and performance improvement plans.

Organizational Development & Culture Enhancement

  • Lead organizational development initiatives focused on structure optimization, employee growth, and building a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements in processes, workflows, and team structures.
  • Develop leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks.

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership to resolve conflicts, manage grievances, and uphold a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance employee morale, retention, and engagement across both regions.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE and Pakistan Labor Laws and internal HR governance frameworks.
  • Continuously update HR policies, manuals, SOPs, and handbooks to reflect evolving regulatory and organizational needs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll across all countries.
  • Assist in developing fair, transparent, and competitive compensation and benefit structures.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate comprehensive HR dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Provide insights on attrition trends, workforce productivity, hiring metrics, training needs, and employee satisfaction to support data-driven decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • International HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHRi) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to UAE HR operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing HR teams in multi-location environments.
  • Strong background in performance management and organizational development.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and ATS systems (Recruitee, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong understanding of UAE & Pakistan labor laws, compensation frameworks, and immigration processes.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to the UAE when required.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build strong relationships across cultures.
  • Strong coaching, change management, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural, and evolving organizational environments.
