Group Human Resources Director - Healthcare

We are currently supporting one of the leading healthcare groups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in hiring a Group HR Director to lead and oversee HR operations across multiple hospital sites.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong healthcare background and proven experience managing large-scale HR teams in complex hospital environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of HR leadership experience , preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector
• Proven track record managing large HR teams and multi-site operations
• Strong expertise in:
• Organizational development
• Talent acquisition & workforce planning
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• HR operations & compliance
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and driving HR strategy across multiple entities
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
