Role Description

This is a full-time Group Human Resources Manager role. The Group Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations across all company branches, manage employee relations, lead recruitment efforts, and develop HR policies. The role also involves coordinating training programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive workplace culture. This is an on-site role located in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR policy development
• Handle PRO team
• Skills in recruitment processes and talent acquisition
• Training program coordination and regulatory compliance knowledge
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Experience in the car rental or IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
