Position: Group IT Manager

📍 Location: One Katameya, Cairo, Egypt

🌟 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group IT Manager to lead and oversee all IT operations across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems while supporting business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement the group’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead IT teams across multiple entities and ensure high performance
• Drive digital transformation and process optimization initiatives

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and systems performance
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and scalability
• Manage ERP/HR systems and integrations

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure data security, risk management, and compliance with policies
• Implement cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• Monitor and mitigate IT risks

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service providers
• Control IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency

Support & Operations

• Ensure effective IT support services across the organization
• Establish SLAs and monitor service delivery

🎯 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• +20years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in a Senior managerial role
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic
