Group Information Technology Manager

Premier Group is seeking a Group IT Manager to spearhead strategic IT management across all PG companies. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role involves aligning technology endeavors with business objectives, consolidating IT applications, fortifying infrastructure and security, and fostering innovation throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with robust technical acumen and a successful track record in overseeing cross-functional IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Group IT strategy aligned with Premier Group’s overall business goals.
• Provide strategic leadership and governance of IT functions across all PG companies.
• Lead the consolidation and optimization of IT applications , systems, and platforms to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure , ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure strong cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management practices across the organization.
• Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and enterprise systems to support growth and innovation.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service providers to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional IT teams , fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key advisor to executive leadership and stakeholders on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Promote innovation and digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, particularly in a multi-company or group setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure enhancement, and application integration.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
